Complaint Management System (CMS) is the process of how a organization handles, manages, responds to and reports customer / user complaints. Systems are put into place to track and trend the data that is captured by complaint management processes. Team MES has taken this great initiative to develop this ‘App’ based CMS called ‘MES-SAMADHAN’. This is a remarkable achievement towards high quality of MES support provided to Maint Comd. ‘MES-SAMADHAN’ is easy-to-use and by far the most comprehensive and organized way to manage user complaints. This ‘App’ is simple, elegant, easiest and fastest way to provide great user service and achieve greater integration.
